Bhopal, Jan. 23 -- Eleven buses were allegedly vandalised and set on fire following communal tension that erupted in Tarana town of Ujjain district, Madhya Pradesh, on Thursday evening after two members of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) were assaulted.
Ujjain superintendent of police Pradeep Sharma confirmed the incident and said that six people were identified and booked for rioting and voluntarily causing hurt. He added that the situation is now under control.
