Jaipur, Feb. 25 -- Days after 10 Muslim men, including three minors, were held in connection with the rape of five girls at Vijaynagar in Beawar district of Rajasthan, local civic authorities razed portions of a house belonging to one of the accused, alleging encroachment and sealed two gates of a graveyard. The sexual assaults had triggered tension in the area, with members of the Hindu community, to which all the victims belonged, staging protests. P8
