New Delhi, Feb. 6 -- A group of teenagers are alleged to have stabbed to death 14-year-old boy, a Rohingya refugee, when he resisted their attempts to bully him and harass him for being a refugee, Delhi Police said on Thursday, adding all four suspects were arrested. The incident took place on Tuesday night in Khajuri Khas. Police identified the victim as Noor Faiz, a resident of Shri Ram Colony. They identified the accused as Aman, 18, Ehsaan, 19, Aqib, 19, and Faraz, 18.
