New Delhi, April 3 -- Delhi Lieutenant Governor (LG) Taranjit Singh Sandhu on Thursday visited the Delhi Traffic Police headquarters and flagged off a new fleet of 38 all-women personnel scooters to enable quicker response in congested areas and build confidence, according to an official statement.
The LG also flagged off two newly procured disaster response vehicles, equipped with a steel cutter, a tree cutter, a floating water pump, a generator, and a tower light, to manage any road crisis.
