New Delhi, April 16 -- The proportional representation of all states will remain the same even after the government's bills expanding the strength of the Lok Sabha to 850 and fast-tracking women's reservation go through, Union parliamentary affairs minister Kiren Rijiju said in an interview, adding that it will be made clear in Parliament.
