India, Jan. 15 -- Ahead of the crucial Mumbai civic body polls, Maharashtra deputy chief minister and Shiv Sena president Eknath Shinde targeted the Thackeray cousins (Uddhav and Raj Thackeray) for running a "fake narrative" about Marathi manoos (people). In an interview to HT, the deputy chief minister said: "We have done everything for the sons of soil to ensure that they live here with pride and fulfil late Balasaheb Thackeray's dream. All they (Uddhav and Raj Thackeray) did was to mint money from the khichadi and body bag scams during the Covid-19 outbreak.P13
