'Individually, middle powers have no chance to compete'
India, Feb. 16 -- The concentration of advanced artificial intelligence capabilities in a few nations could lead to a new era of global hegemony, one of the field's foremost experts in the domain has warned. Turing Award winner Yoshua Bengio, urged "middle powers" to form alliances, noting that if they are not "at the table", they risk being "on the menu".
