NEW DELHI, Feb. 6 -- Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge lashed out at the Narendra Modi government for "being determined to suppress the voices of Opposition leaders". Talking to the media after Opposition MPs staged a walkout during PM Modi's reply in the Rajya Sabha, Kharge said "The ruling side was deliberately preventing Opposition leaders from speaking in both Houses of Parliament.
