Goa, Nov. 10 -- The Goa Police have reached out to a young woman tourist after her viral social media video recounting harassment in the state triggered widespread outrage online.

The tourist, identified as Soumya Khanna, shared on social media that she was harassed by a group of men while exploring Goa. According to her post, the men allegedly mistook her for a foreigner and made obscene remarks, asking "How much?" - an experience she described as "traumatizing." Khanna said she had to seek help from a local friend and that the incident had ruined her trip.
