MARGIBI COUNTY, Dec. 5 -- The Chairperson of the Steering Committee of the 'Governing Council' of the ruling Coalition for Democratic Change (CDC), Chief Cyril A. Allen, has vowed that the party will defeat its rival candidate Emmanuel Nuquay for the Margibi County Senatorial seat in the December 8 polls.
