New York, Sept. 16 -- A Gonglomeration of more than 40 human rights organizations including Human Rights Watch, Civitas Maxima (Liberia), the Foundation for Human Rights and Democracy (Liberia) and Global Justice and Research Project (Liberia) are urging President George Manneh Weah to use his speech at the 75th United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) to commit to the establishment of a war crimes court in Liberia.
