It premiered on January 9, 2026, and has introduced a refreshed format with Sunny Leone as Queen of Hearts, Karan Kundrra as King of Hearts, and Nia Sharma and Uorfi Javed as Mischief Makers. Apart from this, the show has also made some changes to its usual format by featuring Simran Bahl as an insider.
