India, Oct. 7 -- Shooting for Mirzapur: The Film began in Varanasi today, weeks after production had begun in Mumbai, with Shweta Tripathi joining the set. Reprising the popular character, Tripathi plays Gajgamini "Golu" Gupta, a role she has portrayed on the Prime Video web series since its 2018 debut.
