Mumbai, Jan. 21 -- Actress and social activist Shabana Azmi met with a severe car accident on the Mumbai - Pune Expressway when her car rammed into a truck. The actress was almost immediately taken to the MGM Hospital in Panvel where a CT Scan was done and was later shifted to Kokilaben Hospital in Andheri.
