Mumbai, Feb. 10 -- Aditya Roy Kapur has not always been very lucky in the film industry. The actor, who started out as a video jockey, soon made a shift to films where he did small supporting roles. He slowly but steadily got lead roles and made an impact with Aashiqui 2. But, most of his solo movies after Aashiqui 2 would fail to make big bucks at the box-office. In fact, his last year's multi-starrer, Kalank too failed. But it seems like times are changing for him finally! His last release, Malang, has not beaten Aashiqui 2 to become his solo highest opening weekend grosser ever.
