Kathmandu, March 26 -- Nepal defeated Ireland Wolves by 71 runs in the last T20 under the Ireland Wolves tour of Nepal at the TU Cricket Ground in Kirtipur on Tuesday.

The Rhinos set a commendable target of 199 runs and restricted visitors to 127 runs, displaying stellar batting and bowling prowess.

Electing to bat first after winning the toss, Nepal lost opener Aasif Sheikh for 11 runs in 2.3 overs. Sheikh's batting partner Kushal Bhurtel hit a brisk 25 runs off just 16 deliveries, setting the tone for a formidable batting display. Bhurtel was caught by Gareth Delany off a delivery by Matthew Foster in 4.3 overs.
