Jammu, June 16 -- Soon after, Delhi Chief Minister, Arvind Kejriwal announced that restaurants can open in the national capital with 50% capacity, restaurant owners of Jammu approached the authorities to let them restart their operations but they were sent back.
A restaurant owner while talking to Early Times said, "COVID-19 cases and the mortality rate has declined during the past few days in Jammu region. We were hoping that the authorities will allow us to restart our activities, but when we approached the officials they told us that we have to wait."
