Srinagar, July 6 -- Expressing anguish and concern over loss to property and standing crops due to gusty winds, former chief minister Dr Farooq Abdullah on Monday asked the administration to reach out to the affected without delay. The National Conference (NC) president Dr Abdullah, also an MP from Srinagar constituency, expressed anguish over the losses to property and standing crops of people due to the gusty winds that unleashed havoc on Sunday evening in different parts of Kashmir division.
