Jammu, July 9 -- The Leh Apex Body (LAB), a key organization representing Ladakh's interests in ongoing negotiations with the Union Ministry of Home Affairs, is grappling with internal differences following the resignation of veteran leader and former Lok Sabha member Thupstan Chhewang.
