SRINAGAR, Feb. 28 -- Chairman of a parliamentary standing committee has written to Jammu & Kashmir Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha and requested him to take up regularization of Community Information Centre (CIC) operators seriously as the same is pending for many years now.
