India, Feb. 7 -- VRL Logistics Ltd. on Thursday, 05 February 2026, has announced Interim dividend of 50 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Friday, 13 February 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 13 February 2026.
The last five dividends are 100% Final dividend (Ex Date : 30 July 2025), 50% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 29 November 2024), 50% Final dividend (Ex Date : 31 July 2023), 80% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 10 February 2022) and 40% Final dividend (Ex Date : 29 July 2021).
