India, Feb. 2 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 12.44 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 12.69 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 1.97 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 4.13 per cent at Rs 94.45 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 98.52 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 5.37 per cent to Rs 75.28 crore from Rs 79.55 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 130.00 per cent at Rs 0.23 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.10 crore).
