India, March 17 -- The Uttar Pradesh government has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with OneOTT Intertainment Ltd (OIL), the broadband vertical of Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS), to skill one lakh youth and enhance employability in the digital economy.
The agreement aims to align skill development initiatives with industry requirements and create employment opportunities for young people across the state.
Under the partnership, OIL will design and implement capacity-building programmes, skill training workshops, structured learning initiatives, and knowledge-sharing platforms. It will also provide research-backed insights, technical recommendations, and policy-level support to ensure effective execution.
