India, Jan. 31 -- Triveni Engineering & Industries Ltd. on Friday, 30 January 2026, has announced Interim dividend of 150 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Friday, 06 February 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 06 February 2026.
The last five dividends are 250% Final dividend (Ex Date : 01 September 2025), 125% Final dividend (Ex Date : 06 September 2024), 225% Special dividend (Ex Date : 09 February 2024), 225% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 09 February 2024) and 325% Final dividend (Ex Date : 01 September 2023).
