The global event witnessed participation from over 281,000 employees across 58 countries, showcasing the company's deep commitment to fostering an AI-first culture. Anchored on 21 industry-relevant AI themes, the hackathon set new benchmarks in diversity—with 33% women participants, 53% local participation across global geographies, 36% mid-level and senior employees, 38% Gen Z professionals, and 29% non-technical participants.
