India, Jan. 21 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.57 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 12.91 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 64.60 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 39.71 per cent at Rs 14.73 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 24.43 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 22.18 per cent to Rs 7.05 crore from Rs 5.77 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 23.81 per cent at Rs 0.16 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.21 crore).
