India, Jan. 31 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.15 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 12.14 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 65.82 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 6.36 per cent at Rs 378.37 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 404.06 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 5.34 per cent to Rs 344.09 crore from Rs 363.52 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 2275.00 per cent at Rs -1.90 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs -0.08 crore).
