India, Feb. 14 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.93 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 9.68 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 69.73 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 12.42 per cent at Rs 92.03 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 105.08 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 1.14 per cent to Rs 84.85 crore from Rs 83.89 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 77.07 per cent at Rs 0.47 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 2.05 crore).
