India, Feb. 10 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.68 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 5.01 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 6.59 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 3.29 per cent at Rs 43.94 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 42.54 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 0.31 per cent to Rs 29.23 crore from Rs 29.32 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 36.36 per cent at Rs 0.75 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.55 crore).
