India, Feb. 9 -- RIR Power Electronics Limited on Monday announced the appointment of N Ramesh Kumar as its Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, effective February 11, 2026.
Ramesh G. Trasi, who has served as the company's Chief Executive Officer for over 22 years, will transition to the role of Chief Technology Officer, where he will continue to lead RIR Power Electronics' technology and innovation roadmap.
