India, Feb. 13 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 12.72 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 14.20 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 10.42 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 9.99 per cent at Rs 429.36 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 390.35 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 9.62 per cent to Rs 406.17 crore from Rs 370.54 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 22.32 per cent at Rs 6.82 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 8.78 crore).
