India, Feb. 11 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 10.05 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 12.25 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 17.96 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 2.74 per cent at Rs 102.73 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 105.62 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 3.11 per cent to Rs 90.89 crore from Rs 88.15 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 47.02 per cent at Rs 2.47 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 1.68 crore).
