India, April 13 -- Punjab & Sind Bank has informed that Shankar Lal Agarwal has retired from the position of Part-Time Non-Official Director upon completion of his one-year tenure.
He was appointed to the board by the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, on April 11, 2025. The bank disclosed the development in compliance with SEBI's listing regulations.
