India, Jan. 29 -- Orient Green Power Company Ltd on Tuesday said that Clarion Wind Farm Private Limited, a material step-down subsidiary of the company, has approved and executed a contract with Suzlon Energy Limited for the supply of wind energy generators.
The Investment/Borrowing/Banking Committee of Clarion Wind Farm approved the proposal at its meeting held on January 28, 2026. Accordingly, Clarion has entered into a contract with Suzlon for the supply of three wind energy generators (WEGs) of 2.1 MW capacity each, aggregating to 6.3 MW, for repowering the existing wind farm at the Devarkulam site in Tamil Nadu.
