India, Feb. 9 -- Lexoraa Industries Ltd on Monday announced the appointment of Sam Sharda Fernandes as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective February 9, 2026.
The appointment was approved by the company's Board of Directors at its meeting held on February 9, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The decision has been taken in accordance with the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and applicable SEBI Listing Regulations.
