India, Feb. 13 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.13 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.18 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 2.29 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 14.63 per cent at Rs 57.13 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 66.92 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 15.35 per cent to Rs 51.49 crore from Rs 60.83 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 82.35 per cent at Rs 0.03 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.17 crore).
