India, April 22 -- Larsen & Toubro on Wednesday announced a long-term agreement with Japan's ITOCHU Corporation to supply 3 lakh tonnes of green ammonia annually from its upcoming facility in Kandla, Gujarat.
The agreement has been executed through L&T Energy GreenTech Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of L&T, as per a regulatory filing.
ITOCHU is a diversified trading company with operations spanning domestic and international trade, dealing in products such as textiles, machinery, metals, minerals, energy, chemicals, and food.
