India, Jan. 29 -- KPI Green Energy on Thursday said it has commenced power generation and supply from its 200 MW AC (240 MW DC) grid-connected solar power project in Gujarat.
The company said the project has successfully achieved grid synchronisation, with initial power injection into the state grid now underway, as per an exchange filing.
The project was awarded by Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (GUVNL) through a competitive bidding process, KPI Green Energy added.
