India, Aug. 19 -- Just Dial Limited said in a filing to BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company will be held on Monday, August 26, 2019 at 05.30 P.M, at B/501, Palm Court Building M, Link Road, Near Goregaon Sport Club, Malad (West), Mumbai - 400 064 to consider and approve the proposal for Appointment of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.
The company said that the trading window for dealing in the securities including derivatives of the Company will be closed for all Designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives from Monday, August 19, 2019 to Wednesday, August 28, 2019.
