India, Feb. 10 -- India has significantly strengthened its Ease of Doing Business (EoDB) performance, improving by 79 ranks in the World Bank's Doing Business Report, reaching 63rd position in 2019, the government informed Parliament.
After the discontinuation of the Doing Business Report, the World Bank launched the B-READY Assessment in 2024, covering 180+ countries across the full business lifecycle. India will be part of the third B-READY report, scheduled for release in 2026.
