India, March 24 -- Housing and Urban Development Corporation Ltd. on Monday, 23 March 2026, has announced Interim dividend of 12.50 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Saturday, 28 March 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 27 March 2026.
The last five dividends are 11.50% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 06 February 2026), 10% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 19 November 2025), 11.50% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 14 August 2025), 10.50% Final dividend (Ex Date : 08 September 2025) and 10.50% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 13 March 2025).
