India, March 5 -- Hindustan Zinc Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Virginia Tech to advance research aimed at improving silver recovery across its lead–zinc concentrators.
The collaboration will focus on refining flotation techniques and optimizing the use of reagents to enhance concentrate quality and improve operational efficiency. The research will study key metallurgical factors affecting metal recovery, including reagent–mineral–water interactions.
