India, Feb. 11 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 6.56 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 17.68 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 62.90 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 9.21 per cent at Rs 472.08 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 519.99 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 9.73 per cent to Rs 390.76 crore from Rs 432.89 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 15.04 per cent at Rs 26.44 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 31.12 crore).
