India, Jan. 5 -- Guar seed prices declined on Monday, with futures slipping Rs 89 to Rs 6,010 per quintal, weighed down by ample supplies in the market.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX), guar seed contracts for January delivery fell Rs 89, or 1.46 percent, to Rs 6,010 per quintal, with open interest standing at 29,005 lots.
Market participants attributed the decline in guar seed prices to increased arrivals from key producing regions.
