India, Jan. 21 -- Guar seed futures moved up on Wednesday, with prices rising by Rs 25 to Rs 5,666 per quintal, supported by improved spot demand and fresh buying interest from investors.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX), guar seed contracts for February delivery gained Rs 25, or 0.44 per cent, to trade at Rs 5,666 per quintal, while open interest stood at 62,430 lots.
The contract had settled at Rs 5,641 per quintal in the previous trading session.
