India, Jan. 28 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.54 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.82 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 70.33 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 84.73 per cent at Rs 3.00 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 19.65 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 83.59 per cent to Rs 2.83 crore from Rs 17.25 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 1160.00 per cent at Rs 0.63 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.05 crore).
