India, Jan. 30 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.54 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 4.93 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 28.19 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 15.18 per cent at Rs 62.60 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 73.80 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 14.41 per cent to Rs 56.56 crore from Rs 66.08 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 12.50 per cent at Rs 0.18 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.16 crore).
