India, Feb. 2 -- Godrej Properties has recorded sales worth over Rs 2,000 crore during the Phase 1 launch of its premium residential project, Godrej Trilogy, located in Mumbai's Worli area. The development comprises three towers, with homes across select floors of two towers—Seaturf and Seafront—introduced in the initial phase, representing an inventory of nearly Rs 3,500 crore.
Spread across 2.63 acres, the project features spacious 3- and 4-bedroom residences with only three apartments per floor, offering enhanced privacy and exclusivity.
