India, Jan. 30 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.84 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 8.40 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 66.19 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 57.74 per cent at Rs 16.50 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 39.04 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 62.04 per cent to Rs 13.83 crore from Rs 36.43 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 87.26 per cent at Rs 1.25 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 9.81 crore).
