India, Jan. 31 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 26.09 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 45.89 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 43.15 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 45.27 per cent at Rs 81.35 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 148.63 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 39.68 per cent to Rs 56.48 crore from Rs 93.63 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 0.94 per cent at Rs 16.06 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 15.91 crore).
